The Nature of Mystery

By its very nature, a Comforting Curations is a leap of faith! Because our books are "Blind Dates" and our treasures are "Lucky Scoops," we do not offer returns or exchanges based on personal preference or if you already own the book.

The Curator’s Tip: To avoid receiving a book you’ve already read, please leave a link to your Goodreads or StoryGraph profile in the "Notes to the Curator" at checkout! Amy will do her best to cross-reference your "Read" shelf.

Damaged Items

While we pack every box with extreme care (and a little lavender), accidents can happen during transit. If your items arrive damaged, please:

  1. Snap a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

  2. Send us a message using our contact form within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will work with you to send a replacement or a studio credit.

Cancellations

Once an order has been "Scooped" or "Filmed," we are unable to cancel the order. If you need to change a shipping address, please contact us immediately using our contact form.

A Note on Our "Rescued" Books

Our books are pre-loved treasures. While we only select "Gift-Quality" or "Like New" titles, they may show very minor signs of their previous life (such as a faint crease or a small remainder mark). We believe these tiny imperfections are part of their story, but we promise they will always be clean, structurally sound, and ready for a new home.
